Mrs. Robin Cebenka
Hello! As most of you know by now, my name is Mrs. Robin Cebenka. This is my 21st year teaching 5th grade and I have been at Carrie Downie Elementary School for 9 of those years. I too was a student in Colonial School District – graduating from William Penn High School in 1981. Both of my daughters went through Colonial, one having graduated and one now a junior at William Penn. My granddaughter is starting her 3rd year here at Carrie Downie as a SECOND GRADER and my grandson is starting kindergarten here this year. So, I guess you can say I am where you are – a parent of a student in Colonial. I believe that to educate a child is to look at the WHOLE CHILD – not just the academic side. It is sooooo important for all of us to work together to make this year a positive learning experience for your child. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
